Collect and show reviews
Your reviews appear in TradeBooked and on your booking page, where they help customers decide to book. On Autopilot, review requests can go out automatically after a job.
In a hurry? Quick steps
- Open More then Reviews to see the reviews you have
- Check that reviews are showing on your public booking page
- Reply to a review to thank the customer or answer feedback
- On Autopilot, turn on automatic review requests so they go out after each job
Where reviews show
Your reviews live under More then Reviews, and they appear on your public booking page. They are one of the strongest signals a new customer uses when deciding whether to book you.
Asking for reviews
You can share your booking page link any time and ask a customer to leave a review. On the Autopilot plan, TradeBooked can ask happy customers for a review automatically after a job, so you do not have to remember.
Replying to reviews
Reply to reviews to thank customers and to answer any feedback calmly and professionally. A considered reply to a less than perfect review often reads better to future customers than a perfect score with no replies.
