Collect and show reviews

Your reviews live on the Reviews page (in the app, More then Reviews), and they appear on your public booking page. They are one of the strongest signals a new customer uses when deciding whether to book you.

On Pro, you choose when to ask. A review request emails the customer a link to rate the job and leave a comment. You can send one for any completed job where the customer has an email address and has not already left a review.

In the app, open the completed job, tap Actions at the bottom of the screen (on Android, the menu button), then Send review request. More then Reviews also lists completed jobs still waiting for a review under Requested, each with a Send button.

On iPhone, when you take payment for a completed job, the Take payment screen offers Ask for a review once the job is paid.

On the web, open Reviews and press Send review email next to the job. When every job on your Today page is done and paid, the Day complete card offers to send review requests to those customers in one go.

On Autopilot, there is nothing to remember and nothing to switch on. When a job is marked complete, TradeBooked emails the customer a review request straight away, as long as they have an email address and have not already left a review.

On Pro and Autopilot, add your Google review link. On the web it is in Settings, Booking, Customer messages. On iPhone it is in More, Settings, Booking rules, and on Android in More, Booking rules. Copy the link from Google Business Profile (Ask for reviews, Get more reviews), paste it in and save.

Once it is saved, a customer who leaves you a review sees a Leave a Google review button on the thank-you page, which opens your Google page. The invoice email sent when a customer finishes your closeout link carries the same button.

The link works the same on Pro as on Autopilot. The only difference is who sends the review request: on Pro you do, on Autopilot it goes automatically.

Reply to your Google reviews from Google Business Profile, to thank customers and to answer any feedback calmly and professionally. A considered reply to a less than perfect review often reads better to future customers than a perfect score with no replies.
