How does the 10-day trial work?
Sign up, we build your booking page, and you use it free for 10 days. No credit card needed. If you want to continue, choose a plan. If not, no charge - we'll export all your data.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on any plan. We configure your services, availability, postcode coverage, and booking questions. You just share your link.
What does "branded kit" mean?
Order your own branded t-shirts, hoodies, caps, and mugs with your logo, printed to order and shipped direct to your door. No minimum order, no stock to hold. Available from your dashboard on all plans.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes, at any time. If you upgrade mid-month you pay the difference. If you downgrade, the credit carries forward.
What's the difference between Solo and Pro?
Both plans send instant email confirmations to customers when they book. Pro adds SMS notifications, PDF invoicing, job sheets, customer history, and white-label branding (no TradeBooked logo).
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You keep access for the rest of your paid period. After that, your booking history and customer data are held securely for 30 days. Request an export any time and we'll send everything over - no questions asked.
Does Autopilot come with a free trial?
Not right now. Autopilot includes advanced automation features from the moment your account is live, so payment is due before setup starts. We currently have limited onboarding slots for April.
Do my customers need to create an account to book?
No. Customers fill in a simple form - name, contact details, and what they need. No login, no account, no friction. Most bookings take under 2 minutes.
