Share your booking page
A booking page is only useful if people find it. Pin your link to Facebook and Google, print a QR sticker for the van, and send it to the customers you already have.
In a hurry? Quick steps
- Add your booking link to your Facebook page (About > Website)
- Add it to your Google Business Profile (Contact > Website)
- Download a QR sticker from your dashboard and print at A5 or A6 for the van
- Send a quick WhatsApp to your existing customers using the pre-filled message
What it does
Your booking page lives at a short link you can share anywhere. The onboarding checklist on your dashboard walks you through the four highest-impact places to put it: Facebook, Google Business Profile, a printable QR sticker, and a quick message to your existing customers.
Add it to your Facebook page
- Open your Facebook page
- Edit your About section, then the Website field
- Paste your booking link and save
Customers visiting your Facebook page can now tap straight through to book.
Add it to your Google Business Profile
- Open your Google Business Profile
- Edit profile, then Contact, then Website
- Paste your booking link and save
Customers searching for you on Google can book directly from the search results.
Download a QR sticker
On the dashboard checklist, choose a colour (Black, White or Brand Blue) and press Download QR sticker. You get a PNG with your business name, the QR code, "Scan to book", and your short link.
A5 or A6 works well for van windows. Print at home, take it to a print shop, or stick a smaller version on invoices and business cards.
Send it to your existing customers
The fastest first bookings usually come from people who already know you. Use the WhatsApp button in the checklist to fire a pre-filled message to your contacts:
Common questions
Where do I find my booking link?
It is shown on your dashboard and in the onboarding checklist, with a Copy button. The short version looks like trdbk.uk followed by your slug.
What colour QR should I use?
Black on a white background is most reliably scannable. White on dark works for dark van wraps. Brand Blue is for when you want a bit of personality and have good contrast.
Is my booking page indexed by Google on its own?
Paying businesses with at least one live service and a verified email are made indexable. Adding your link to your Google Business Profile is still the fastest way to be found in local search.
Can customers book me 24/7?
Yes. Your booking page is always on. Customers can book any slot inside your working hours and your coverage area, including evenings and weekends, without needing to call you. Around 9 in 10 UK adults own a smartphone (Ofcom), so the page works for nearly anyone who finds you.
Where should I put my booking link?
The high-impact four are Facebook page > Website, Google Business Profile > Website, a QR sticker on the van, and a quick WhatsApp to your existing customer list. After that, business cards and invoice footers. The onboarding checklist walks you through each one.
Will customers actually use it instead of phoning?
Increasingly, yes. Mobile-originated calls in the UK are still falling year on year (Ofcom), and customers expect a 24/7 way to book trades the same way they book restaurants and barbers. A clean booking page captures the after-hours and on-the-tools enquiries that voicemail-roulette loses.
Does my booking page show on Google?
Yes, if your business is paying, has at least one live service, has email verified, and is set to active. Adding your link to your Google Business Profile is still the fastest way to be found in local search; reviews on your booking page also influence whether customers tap to book (89% of UK consumers say local reviews influence their decision, Trustpilot).
What if I get a booking at 3am?
You get the notification (push if enabled, email otherwise), the booking sits in your diary at the time the customer picked inside your working hours, and the customer gets an instant confirmation. If you have reminders on, they get a 24h and 1h nudge automatically.
What plan do I need?
Sharing your booking page is on every plan, starting at Solo.
