Add compliance badges to your booking page
Show your trade credentials as trust badges on your booking page, so customers see you are registered and insured before they book. You can also get reminded before a credential expires.
What it does
Compliance badges display your credentials, such as Gas Safe, NICEIC, CHAS and your insurance, as trust badges on your booking page. You control which ones customers see.
You can add a registration number and an expiry date to each, and ask to be reminded before anything lapses.
Why it is worth setting up
Customers booking a trade they have never met look for proof. A row of recognised badges on your booking page answers "are they legit and insured?" before they have to ask, which makes them more likely to book you over someone with a bare profile.
Before you start
You will need a TradeBooked account on the Pro or Autopilot plan, and your registration numbers and expiry dates to hand.

Common questions
Which credentials can I add?
Gas Safe, NICEIC, NAPIT, CHAS, Constructionline, CSCS, Public Liability Insurance and Employer Liability Insurance, plus a Custom option for anything else with your own label.
Do customers see my registration number?
Only if you enter one. The number is shown alongside the badge on credentials you make visible. Leave it blank to show just the badge.
What happens when a credential expires?
If you set an expiry date and turn on the reminder, TradeBooked nudges you a set number of days before, so you can renew it before it lapses on your page.
Can I hide a credential without deleting it?
Yes. Use Hide to take it off your booking page while keeping it saved, and Show to put it back.
What plan do I need?
Compliance badges are available on the Pro and Autopilot plans.
