Read the Scaffolds dashboard, calendar and map

The Scaffolds dashboard answers "what is up, where, and what needs inspecting" in one place. Six tabs, a map view, and scaffold events overlaid on your normal calendar.

The Scaffolds page

Open Scaffolds from the dashboard menu (scaffolders only, gated by trade type). The header shows "Scaffolds" with the subheading "7-day inspection cycle, hire tracking, pavement licences" and a New scaffold button.

The six tabs

Tab	What it shows
Live	Every scaffold currently Erected, ordered by site label
Map	A map view of scaffolds with a postcode set; tap a pin to open the scaffold
Planned	Scaffolds scheduled but not yet up
Struck	The archive of dismantled scaffolds
Inspections due	Erected scaffolds with an inspection due in the next 24 hours
Licences expiring	Scaffolds whose pavement / highway licence ends in the next 3 days

Status pills and alert badges

On each scaffold row you will see:

A status pill: Planned (blue), Erected (emerald), Struck (stone), Off hired (stone)
Optional alert badges: Inspection due (amber), Licence expiring (rose)

The Inspections due and Licences expiring tabs filter to just the rows with the matching alert.

Common questions

Why is my scaffold not on the map?

It is missing a site postcode. Open the scaffold from the Planned or Live tab, edit the details and add a postcode. It will appear on the map within a few seconds.

Why do I see no inspections in the Inspections due tab?

Either no scaffolds are currently Erected, or none have an inspection due in the next 24 hours. The tab's empty state reads: "No inspections due in the next 24 hours."

Can I hide scaffold events on the main calendar?

Not in v1. The intent is one calendar surface for all your work. If volume becomes overwhelming, filter to the Scaffolds dashboard tabs for a scaffold-only view.

What plan do I need?

The Scaffolds dashboard and calendar overlay are part of the scaffold tracker, on the Pro and Autopilot plans.
