Add job photos and before/after tags
Take photos as you work and tag them Before, After or General against the booking. They appear grouped on the customer closeout page as proof of work and back you up if anything is queried later.
What it does
Photos attach to the booking and carry a tag of Before, After or General. On the customer closeout page, they appear grouped under those tags as visible proof of the work.
They also stay on the booking record, so if anything is queried weeks later, you have the evidence ready.
Before you start
You will need a TradeBooked account on the Pro or Autopilot plan. Photos taken on your phone work fine, including HEIC; TradeBooked compresses them automatically.

Common questions
Do customers see the tags?
Yes. Photos are grouped by tag on the closeout page so the Before set sits next to the After set for easy comparison.
Can I take photos in the app or do I need the camera roll?
Either works. The upload accepts straight from the camera or from your gallery, and HEIC is converted automatically.
Will I run out of storage?
Photos are compressed to a sensible size on upload, so day-to-day use does not hit any limits.
What plan do I need?
Before / After / General photo tagging and closeout grouping are on the Pro and Autopilot plans.
