Set your availability and coverage
Your availability decides what customers can book. Set your working hours, block days off, and choose your coverage area so you only get booked when and where you actually work.
What it does
Your availability and coverage settings control your booking page: the hours customers can choose, the days you are away, and the areas you cover. Get these right and your page only offers slots you can actually do.
You can also set same-day rules and a travel buffer so back-to-back jobs leave you time to get between them.
Why it is worth setting up
A booking page that reflects your real week stops the awkward calls: no bookings on your day off, none outside your patch, and no two jobs squeezed so tight you arrive late to the second one.
Before you start
You will need a TradeBooked account (online booking is included on every plan) and a verified email address.
Setup steps are in your dashboard
This is a Solo feature. Sign in on a Solo plan to see the step-by-step setup for your number.
Common questions
How do customers find my booking page?
You share your booking link. Anyone with the link can see your available slots and book within your coverage area.
Can I block a single day off?
Yes. Use the Blocked dates tab to block individual days, such as holidays or days already committed elsewhere.
What does the travel buffer do?
It pads the end of each job when calculating availability, so two bookings are never scheduled so close together that you cannot get between them.
Do same-day bookings cost the customer extra?
Only if you set an urgent surcharge. That is an optional fixed fee added to same-day bookings, separate from any deposit.
What plan do I need?
Online booking, working hours, blocked dates and coverage are included on every plan, starting at Solo.
