Set your logo and branding

Upload your logo once and it appears across your booking page, invoices, customer emails and the QR sticker, so everything you send out looks like your business and not a TradeBooked template.

What it does

Your logo is the single piece of branding that shows up everywhere TradeBooked talks to a customer on your behalf: the booking page, invoices, confirmation emails, and the QR sticker for your van.

Get it uploaded once and the platform stops looking like a generic tool and starts looking like your business.

Before you start

You will need a logo file, ideally a transparent PNG. JPEG works too, but a transparent background scales cleanly onto coloured surfaces.

The branded booking page is included on every plan from Solo, so you can do this whether you are on Solo, Pro or Autopilot.

Common questions

What format should my logo be?

A transparent PNG is best. JPEG works but does not handle coloured backgrounds cleanly. SVG is not supported for compatibility reasons.

Where does my logo appear?

Your booking page header, invoice PDFs, customer-facing emails (confirmations, reminders, follow-ups), and the QR sticker you can download for the van.

Can I have a different logo per channel?

No. TradeBooked uses one logo across everywhere so the brand stays consistent. Upload your best version once.

What plan do I need?

The branded booking page is on every plan, starting at Solo.
