Send your accountant pack
Email your accountant the month's pack of bookings, payments and unpaid CSVs in one tap. On Autopilot, schedule it to send automatically every month, with optional quarterly VAT and year-end packs.
What it does
The monthly accountant pack bundles your bookings, payments, unpaid items and a summary into a set of CSVs, then emails them straight to your accountant (with you on CC).
On Pro, you press a button when you want to send it. On Autopilot, you set a day of the month and it goes automatically, with optional quarterly VAT and year-end add-ons.
What each plan includes

A standard month's pack contains:
- Summary CSV
- Bookings CSV
- Payments CSV
- Unpaid CSV
Before you start
You will need a TradeBooked account on the Pro or Autopilot plan, and your accountant's email address. Autopilot adds the automatic schedule and the quarterly / year-end packs.

Common questions
What is the difference between Pro and Autopilot here?
Pro gives you a one-click "Send {month} now" button. Autopilot adds an automatic monthly schedule plus optional quarterly VAT and year-end packs.
Does my accountant need a TradeBooked login?
No. The pack is delivered by email as standard CSVs and a summary. Your accountant can open it in any spreadsheet tool or import it into their accounting software.
Will it duplicate what Xero or FreeAgent already syncs?
It overlaps. If your accountant relies on Xero or FreeAgent already, the pack is a useful sanity-check. If they prefer flat CSVs, this is the primary handover.
What about expenses and bank statements?
Those do not pass through TradeBooked. Provide them to your accountant separately, especially at year-end.
What plan do I need?
One-click send is on Pro. Automatic monthly send, quarterly VAT pack and year-end pack are on Autopilot.
