Branded Tradesperson Kit offer

Start a paid TradeBooked subscription and we will make branded kit for your business and post it to you, free. What you get depends on your plan and on whether you pay monthly or annually. These terms set out who gets what and how it works.

1. What you get

The items, and what each is valued at:

• 10 x black metal business cards, engraved with your details on the front and a code for your booking page on the back (£20)
• 5 x carpenter pencils, engraved with your company name and phone number (£10)
• 1 x matte black insulated tumbler, engraved with your logo (£15)
• 1 x anodised LED penlight, engraved with your company name and phone number (£8)
• 2 x anodised keyring bottle openers, engraved with your company name and phone number, to leave with a customer (£8)
• 1 x branded beanie, embroidered with your logo (£15)
• 1 x branded hoodie, printed with your logo (£23)

• The business cards are the double-sided metal business cards sold inside TradeBooked: black anodised aluminium, standard business card size (85 mm by 54 mm), engraved on both sides to one design.
• The beanie is one size. The hoodie comes in the sizes our print partner offers. Both are black unless you ask for another colour we can supply.
• Everything is free, and so is postage to a UK address.
• The “worth” figures are a guide to value. Each item is valued at what the same kind of branded item, in the same quantity, was selling for from UK sellers online in October 2026.
• Pictures of the kit on our website are a guide. The pencils may come in a different colour and the tumbler in a different design from those shown, and other items may differ a little in shape, size or finish.

2. Who qualifies

• Your business qualifies when the first payment for its first paid TradeBooked subscription is taken on or after 16 October 2026. The plan and the billing period of that payment decide what you get.
• The annual column applies only if that first payment is for an annual subscription and is taken on or before 31 January 2027. After that date, paying annually gets what paying monthly gets.
• A free trial does not qualify on its own. You qualify when your first payment goes through.
• One per business. The business must be based in the UK and have a UK postal address.
• Businesses that were already paying for TradeBooked before 16 October 2026 are not part of this offer. Accounts on a free or complimentary arrangement qualify only once they pay for a subscription.
• If you move to a higher plan while the offer is running, you will receive the additional items included in that plan, not a second full kit. Move from Pro to Autopilot, for example, and the pencils, penlight and bottle openers are yours once your first Autopilot payment goes through, but not another set of cards. The same dates and limits apply to that payment as to a first payment.
• What we post is decided by the plan and billing period you are paying for on the day we post it. If you move down, change how you pay, or cancel before then, you get what goes with your subscription at that point, or nothing if you no longer have one.

3. The beanie and hoodie, every year

• If you qualified under the annual column, we send that year’s garments again each time your annual subscription renews and the renewal payment is taken, for as long as you keep renewing without a break.
• The plan you renew on decides what we send: a beanie on Pro, a beanie and a hoodie on Autopilot, nothing on Solo.
• The yearly garments stop if you move to paying monthly, if you cancel, or if a renewal payment fails and is not put right within 30 days. They do not start again if you come back later.
• From year to year we may change the garment, its style or its colour, or send a different branded item worth about the same.
• If we ever stop the yearly garments, we will tell you by email before your next renewal, and you will still get the garments for any year you have already paid for.
• Garments are made to order by our print partner. The hoodie is printed and the beanie embroidered, so a detailed logo may be simplified to suit.

4. How long the offer runs

• There is a limited number of engraved kits, across all plans, and that part of the offer runs while stocks last. It closes when the last kit has been allocated, and we will say so on this page. There is no other closing date for the engraved kits.
• The annual column closes at the end of 31 January 2027. If the engraved kits run out before then, an annual subscription started by that date still gets its garments.
• Kits are allocated in the order qualifying payments are taken. The time recorded by our payment provider decides the order, and our own record of kits allocated is the one that counts.

5. Getting your kit

• There is nothing to claim. Once your qualifying payment has gone through, we make everything from your TradeBooked account: your business name, your name, your trade, your phone number, your booking page and your logo.
• Check your TradeBooked profile is right when you join. What is on it when you send us your delivery address is what we engrave, print and embroider.
• Your logo is taken from your TradeBooked account, so upload one in your settings before you send us your delivery address if you want it on your kit. A simple, clear logo works best. If your account has no logo, or the one there is too small or too detailed to use, we use your business name in its place.
• We redraw your logo for engraving. Engraving gives a single silver tone on black, so colour, shading and very fine detail will not carry over, and we may simplify a logo or make it smaller to fit a curved item.
• Because laser engraving requires single-colour line art, we do not send digital proofs prior to production. We will optimise your logo for maximum legibility on dark metal.
• Within 7 days of your qualifying payment we will email you to ask where to post your kit. Reply with your delivery address. We make and post your kit once we have it.
• If a hoodie is part of what you get, the same email asks for your size. If no hoodie size is provided with your delivery address, size Large will be dispatched by default. We use the same address and size each year unless you tell us otherwise.
• If we have not had a delivery address within 30 days of asking, your kit goes back into the offer.

6. What we will not put on your kit

• Anything unlawful, offensive or misleading.
• A name, logo or design you do not have the right to use.
• A registration or scheme mark (Gas Safe, NICEIC or TrustMark, for example) unless you can show us you are entitled to use it.

7. Delivery

• We post to one UK address, between 2 and 6 weeks after we have your delivery address, and within 6 weeks of each renewal payment for the yearly garments. Garments come straight from our print partner, so they may arrive separately.
• If you have paid but not yet uploaded a logo, upload it before you reply with your address. Otherwise we go ahead with your business name in place of a logo.
• Some items are ordered in for your kit. If one is delayed or out of stock, we may post the rest first and send that item on, or swap it for an item of the same kind worth at least as much.
• We will tell you in the TradeBooked app when your kit has been posted.
• If something has not arrived 14 days after that notice, tell us within 30 days of it and we will make and post one replacement.

8. If something is wrong

• Everything is made for you, so it cannot be returned or exchanged, and we do not redo an item because of a mistake that was on your TradeBooked profile, or in the address or size you gave us, or because a Large was sent when you gave no size.
• If an item arrives damaged or faulty, or carries a name or number that does not match your TradeBooked profile, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it.
• Small differences in engraving tone from item to item are normal and are not a fault.
• The code on the back of the cards points to your booking page address as it was when we engraved them. If you later change that address, or your subscription ends, the code will stop working. We do not re-engrave cards for that reason.

9. Other conditions

• There is no cash alternative, and nothing in this offer can be swapped or passed to another business.
• If your qualifying payment is refunded, reversed or charged back before we post, you lose what went with it. The same goes for a renewal payment and that year’s garments.
• You can use this offer alongside any other TradeBooked offer, unless that offer says otherwise.
• We may withdraw or change this offer at any time and without notice, by updating this page. We do not expect to, but we keep the right.
• Withdrawing or changing the offer only affects businesses that qualify after that point. A business that has already qualified still gets what it qualified for as soon as we can make it, or is offered something of similar value if we cannot.

10. Your details

• We use the details and logo on your TradeBooked account, and the delivery address you give us, only to design, make and post your kit, and to keep a record of who has had the offer. Your logo stays yours.
• For garments, we pass your business name, logo and delivery address to our print partner so that it can make and post them.
• We will only show a photo of your finished kit on our website or social media if you tell us we can.

11. Who runs the offer

These terms sit alongside our Terms of Service and are governed by the law of England and Wales.
